

Half Marathon Training Program
Spring half marathons are just around the corner, which means the excitement and training is about to begin. Created for women runners in Buffalo, NY, our 10 week training program is designed to support you every step of the way as you work towards that starting line. This program gives you the opportunity to train with the Middle Trail Buffalo community, and offers organized group long runs, track speed sessions, group strength training sessions, helpful training tips and tricks from certified running coaches, and motivation from fellow runners - all so you can crush 13.1 miles this spring!
Spring Training Program Details

Middle Trail Apparel
Train and race in gear designed for women runners. Membership includes a Breeze Running Tee and Journey Running Hat. Runners who look good, train good!

Customized Training Plan
A half marathon training plan created specifically for spring half marathon races, featuring weekly long runs on Saturdays with our Buffalo women's running club.

Group Speed Sessions
Lace up your running shoes and join us on Thursdays on the track in Buffalo, NY for biweekly small group speed sessions led by certified running coaches. Let's get faster and crush our spring race goals together!

Group Strength Sessions
The option to sign up for discounted small group strength training sessions in Buffalo, NY with certified performance specialists to become stronger and more prepared for race day. Sessions not included in membership fee. Pricing will be emailed separately.

Access to Running Coaches
There will be certified run coaches on-hand to answer any training-related questions, and to help guide the weekly long runs and biweekly speed sessions.

Weekly Training Emails
Receive weekly emails with the training scheduled for each week, tips and tricks from our running community, and inspiration to help get you through to race day.
