Returns Policy

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase or delivery date of shipped items. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that fall outside of these criteria are subject to rejection. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items marked as final sale, and purchases of the Half Marathon Training Programs are nonrefundable. 

Merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For online orders, the window for returns and exchanges will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items. 

To start a return, you must contact us via email at support@middletrailrunning.com to request a return and include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus the cost of shipping on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Middle Trail Running Company LLC is not responsible for return packages until they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier on the return tracking to our business address. Please keep a record of your return package’s tracking number for the most up-to-date transit times.  

If you would like to process an exchange, please follow the return process as outlined above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
