This is Our Story
We fell in love with running because it was something that we could do together and with friends. We truly believe running together is more fun than running alone, so we created Middle Trail Running as a way for women to join together in their running journeys, share successes, support one another, and celebrate the joys of running.
Where It All Started
You could say that Middle Trail began about 20 years ago when we met on a soccer field in Buffalo, NY. As young girls, we bonded over a love for the game and a desire to be part of a team. After years of playing together, including 4 years in college, we solidified a lifelong friendship, and the foundation for Middle Trail was born.
A Shift To Running
After hanging up our soccer cleats, we needed a new way to channel our energy - running seemed like the natural transition. To be honest, it was not easy. Running sprints was one thing, but running along a trail for hours at a time seemed impossible. After participating in fun running events with friends and others in the running community, we found the joy in running. We haven't looked back since.
A Different Kind of Running Company
Running has brought so much into our lives - we travel to new places, meet new friends, and have incredible experiences doing what we love. We wanted to share this love of running with others, so we created a running company that is focused on inspiring, motivating and bringing together women who love to run.
Apparel By Women For Women
We are here to empower and support women to look and feel their best on every run. That's why we thoughtfully designed our running apparel specifically for women, to provide comfort, style, and performance so that Middle Trail Runners feel confident and motivated on their running journeys.
A True Community
