Our 10 week training program is designed to support you every step of the way as you work towards that starting line. This program gives you the opportunity to train with the Middle Trail Buffalo community, and offers organized group long runs, track speed sessions, group strength training sessions, helpful training tips and tricks from certified running coaches, and motivation from fellow runners.
