Build endurance, speed, and confidence in 10 weeks with our detailed half marathon training plan created specifically for women runners, by women runners.
Supportive Track & Hill Training
Lace up and come run with us on Thursday evenings for 6 coached track and hill speed workouts with a supportive women-only training group.
Guidance Every Step of the Way
You'll be supported by friendly, certified coaches every step of the way, with coached long runs, speed and hill workouts. All paces and experience-levels should train with us.
